If you want to party like they do in O.C. stop by the 98 Rock Beer Garden. For at least 11 years the Towson Jaycees and 98 Rock have sponsored this very popular venue. To accommodate the growing crowds, last year we move it to Chesapeake Avenues surface lot, behind Wachovia Bank. 98

The Beach is tucked away at the bottom of lower Baltimore Avenue. Underneath a shady tree, you can enjoy summertime music sponsored by 101.9 Lite fm & WHFS. Our plaza stage is located in the beautiful Courthouse Plaza in between Chesapeake and Pennsylvania Avenue. It is a great place for the whole family. You can sit on the grass, look down on the crowds, and enjoy the wonderful music. To quench your thirst you can have a cold beer or one of Boordy's finest wines. Providence Volunteer Fire Department will be there selling wonderful summer time foods. Plaza

NASCAR has finally arrived at the Towsontown Spring Festival. This year it will be three times as big as last year. Located on the Northside of the festival grounds at the corner of Washington and Allegheny Avenue, there will be several NASCAR racecars for your viewing pleasure. Casey Mears #25, Dover Downs, Brooks Huff, and Donnie Nevevberger will be there. Besides the cars, we will have the Minuteman HUMVEE, a Gaming Trailer, Basketball Shoot, a Football Toss and a Rock Climbing Wall. This year we are again dedicating the festival to the men and women who serve our country. Opening ceremonies are held at the corner of Washington and Pennsylvania Avenues at 12:00 pm Saturday, May 4th. Prior to opening ceremonies there will be Bag Pipers, Color Guard and the Geico Gecco.
Bring your family and friends to enjoy all our wonderful summertime foods, unique vendors and the variety of entertainment.
